Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. The competition is open to all UK residents excluding employees of easyfundraising and the competition sponsors.
3. The competition will run from November 28th 2011 until December 4th 2011.
4. Last time for entry will be 23.59, December 4th 2011.
5. All entries received by this time will be entered into the free prize draw and the first 7 entries randomly selected will win one of the following: A pair of men’s and women’s Raybans from The Sunglasses Shop; a Nintendo Wii from HMV; a £250 giftcard to spend with The Dressing Room; a £250 giftcard to spend with Marks & Spencer; £200 to spend on Asics clothing and footwear with Millet Sport; a £200 giftcard for The Whitestuff; a £250 donation from Viking for the Winners cause.
6. 15 entries into the draw will be given for clicking on all of the retailer links on the competition page. All links must have been clicked on to receive the entries.
7. 10 entries into the draw will be given for downloading the Find & Remind toolbar. If the Find & Remind toolbar has already been downloaded the 10 entries will be automatically added once the 15 entries for clicking on the retailer links has been awarded. Limited to once per draw per supporter.
8. No entries will be given for downloading the Find & Remind toolbar until the 15 entries for clicking on the retailer links have been awarded.
9. 1 entry into the draw will be given for every individual you tell about the competition via the 'Spread the Word’ email facility from the easyfundraising website between November 28th 2011 until December 4th 2011, up to a maximum of 5 entries. Users will need to be logged into their easyfundraising account at the time of using the facility for their entries to be validated. This is subject to fair use and in the event of referring duplicated email addresses per individual, all prize draw entries across the referring easyfundraising account will be null and void.
10. No entries will be given for using the ‘Spread the Word’ facility until the 15 entries for clicking on the retailer links have been awarded.
11. 2 entries into the draw will be given when the Price Comparison facility on the easyfundraising site is used to search for "iPod" between November 28th 2011 until December 4th 2011. To earn the entries the search must be limited to the word "iPod" and no other variations or words must be used. Users will need to be logged into their easyfundraising account at the time of using the Price Comparison facility. Limited to once per draw per supporter.
12. No entries will be given for using the Price Comparison facility to search for iPod until the 15 entries for clicking on the retailer links have been awarded.
13. 2 entries into the draw will be given when the Christmas Gifts page is visited from the main competition page from November 28th 2011 until December 4th 2011. Users will need to be logged into their easyfundraising account at the time of visiting the Christmas Gifts page for the entry to be validated. Limited to once per draw per supporter.
14. No entries will be given for visiting the Christmas Gifts page until the 15 entries for clicking on the retailer links have been awarded.
15. The draw will take place on December 5th 2011.
16. The winners will be notified by email within 3 working days of the draw taking place, with details of how to redeem their prize. Please ensure your account details are correct.
17. In the event that winners do not reply to their winning notice within 30 days then the prize will be redrawn to an alternative winner.
18. Entry to draw is restricted to one easyfundraising account per person. Entry via multiple user accounts by an individual will result in all prize draw entries across all easyfundraising accounts, for that individual, being made null and void.
19. We reserve the right to exchange a prize for another of equal or similar value in the event that a prize is out of stock, discontinued or becomes otherwise unavailable. No cash alternative will be offered.
20. Winners agree to participate in press and publicity events, and for their name to be featured on the easyfundraising website, easyfundraising facebook page and the easyfundraising twitter page , alongside the cause they support as well as on its own.
21. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. By entering the competition you agree for your details to be passed to a third party in order to fulfil a prize should you win.
23. By entering the competition entrants agree to be bound by all competition rules and easyfundraising terms & conditions.
