Taxi transfers from Malta Airport to Gozo

I'm hoping someone can help.
I've booked a holiday next July/August to Gozo but I decided against booking the tour company transfers, as they wanted £200 for 4 adults and a child. I'm sure it must be cheaper to book separately with a company on Malta or Gozo.
Does anyone have any recommendations for reliable firms offering taxi transfers? I was thinking of asking Xlendi tourist Services for a quote (we've booked accommodation with them in the past) but any other suggestions would be very welcome.
Thanks

Try Suntransfers, very good and easily recommended.Mortgage free

Is it as simple as getting a taxi? Gozo is an island so it may well involve a ferry with a taxi at each end.

A taxi from the airport to Cirkewwa, the port for Gozo, costs less than £30. The fare is fixed (€32) regardless of time of day or day of week.

Gozo is a small island. The taxi fare the other side should be a lot less, whatever your destination.0 -
Thanks to everyone who replied.
I looked at Suntransfers and their price was very good - I was hoping someone would be able to recommend them.
I will be looking at a split transfer - I've been to Gozo before so I know about the ferry in the middle of the journey! The last few times we've booked everything with a tourist firm on Gozo. This is the first time booking the transfers separately.
I'll also look into the other recommendations given.
Thanks again
