I am assisting fiance to reclaim mis-sold PPI. If he has had more than one agreement with the same lender do we have to initiate TWO separate complaints?

It is sometimes best to,although one form with both account numbers on should suffice, most banks take the claim over the phone if you want to try that, look here for reasons for mis sell and if any/all apply, use them.
