Urgent Help - Brought From Unregisterd Ebay Seller

I have just won my first item on ebay. however, it states that the seller is now a unregistered user. after reading the ebay caution notes, it says that i could not sent payment to an unregisterd user. Does this mean i should not buy the item. will this also mean i get negative feedback if i dont proceed

Just dont pay if they are not registered they cant leave feedback dont worry

If they are unregistered, they can't leave you feedback. Don't worry about it.
