I'll tune into that if I can, cheers for the tip.
Years ago I was offered a chance to become an SIA licensed clamper for my employer.. I turned them down.0 -
If you live anywhere in the country and you have either SKY or Freesat you can also tune into that particular local channel to watch it live. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I wonder if Mr Troy will be spouting his usual BS about the BPA being the motorist's friend. I would like to know how many of the rogues belong to the BPA.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

According to iPlayer this is not available. Have I tried too soon or is it because its just a regional programme? And there was me rather looking forward to watching Mr White perform in front the cameras. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

Ooooh you jinxed it! Exactly that!
The prog was about Jason White (not a member of the BPA) and then they wheeled on a 'parking expert' who was none other than PPC Pat.
You can guess the rest - a free advert for how marvellous the BPA COP is and how clamping 'is a legit method of enforcement' if a BPA member...!
Oh, and that known thug Jason W got another few hundred quid as they used a car to 'set him up'...then paid him...moaned at him a bit...end of story.

Oh, I should add there was one interesting thing that PPC Pat said, I didn't know this. He said that the BOA COP on clamping says that a member can charge for clamp release or tow truck, but not both. Just one charge - it was clearly said by PPC Pat.
I am sure I have read cases on pepipoo where a BPA member clamper has charged both - a BPA breach to which we might think, so what? But it's a fact which could help people get their chargebacks or Court judgment and can help get firms blocked from getting data by the DVLA for such a breach.PRIVATE 'PCN'? ok,, come on,, who gave the geezer the excellent beating????? whos next,,ppc pat maybe.0

I think not. The congenital knuckle dragger (White's assailant, not White himself of course) couldn't spell Haywards Heath to type it into the satnav.ok,, come on,, who gave the geezer the excellent beating????? whos next,,ppc pat maybe.
I'm glad I didn't see it if it was just a plug for the BPA.
As a thought, is Patrick a close friend of Mike Eames at Shoal Enforcement - White's only serious opposition on the South Coast?
Who knows? Perhaps, Pat did this as a favour? Given that Mike's ace employee Gareth Andrews copped for the Queen's police clamping saga in Pompey maybe he needs a few more metaphorical daggers in Jason's back so he can take over his much more Southampton oriented operation?
Mike is from what you might call the fluffy end of World PPC. He used to run a weekly draw for those unfortunate to have collected one of his clamps. The winner would get a weekend at Butlins.
If you think I'm joking here's a photo of him a few years ago with some of the prizes in his hands!

Lol.. a PPC who enters you into a prize draw for your custom? - I really don't see people queuing up to be clamped for that
I also can't help but wonder.. is there a "No purchase neccessary" clause?0 -
