Bought wrong ticket! Refund?
I bought a train ticket from Birmingham New Street to London terminal Single by mistake at a self servicing machine. Any idea if and how I can get a refund? I wanted a day return from Birmingham New Street to Birmingham International, in a hurry, I didn't check what I pressed, I saw the figure 4 something (it would only cost about £4.40!) but it turned out to be £44!

You can certainly get a refund, although you will have to pay a £10 admin fee.0

Didn't it hit you as odd when you had to either insert more than £40 in notes, or see £44 on the chip and PIN pad while entering your PIN?0
