I personally wouldn't. 24 hours is my limit and thats in the fridge.
I know, and do appreciate that you don't want to waste it. But the other isn't worth it.
:eek: Linda32 - trust me, I'm a microbiologist.. Properly cooked food is fine for about 3 days as long as it has been covered and fridged as soon as it is cool.
As a country we waste way too much wholesome food. But it's your budget....
(Agree mince at room temp is probably NOT ideal, but again if it's been covered and properly reheated it could be OK)Once it's gone, it's gone - so remember...
