Is your condition actually stopping you from working, or do you just want to use it as an excuse not to do the customer services course.

From your statement, I guess that you were doing manual work while suffering from this, so why can't you do work that is office based? Ok, you might not think it is for you, but why should my taxes pay for your benefits just because you "dont fancy" a certain type of work?

As you've been given a sensible answer I would guess you've blown your chances of getting much more help.
  • I know someone who had polyps in the nose, they still work.

Why is my answer not sensible? If you can't work, then you can't work, it doesn't matter what kind of job it is.

People like you give others who are genuinely claiming incapacity benefit, a bad name.

surely a desk based job would be better for you if you have a blocked nose etc as surely manual work makes it worse if you can't breath

You asked a question and are getting answers to it.

Just because it is not what you want to hear does not make the answers any less valid.

This forum as it is titled is for questions relating to Employment, Jobseeking & training. So only approx 1/3 questions will be around Jobseeking, which as it happens is the opposite of what you are wanting to do.

If you dont think we know it all, why ask us a question?
