Hi there,

I switched my gas&electricity supplier at the end of september via moneysupermarket comparison. How do I request my £30 cashback?

Just phone them and ask them about it. I did but then realised I had been paid it the day before.

Should be automatic although it takes a while to come through.

Normally takes about 3 months after switch completed. However,I had a problem when I switched thru Moneysupermarket in July after using the link from this site. They initially didn't pay because their system said that I hadn't used the link but gone direct from MS site ...so no payment due!
I exchanged emails with them and they finally paid me the outstanding amount by cheque 2 weeks ago. Worth an email to Moneysupermarket if you haven't seen the money by January.
