You will still need to figure out the details of the missing payment (or is it one missing and two you think you've paid twice?) but I'm sure your bank will help you out there. I would advise you to get that resolved or you may not get deposits back etc.Indecision is the key to flexibility

Hi Ladies, sorry to hear about the house, it would have been perfect for you guys. I'd advise you to go to welfare rights and sort out the issues with the landlord, but at the end of the day, he's still a crappy landlord, which you really don't want:undecided
I would call all the local agencies and register your details with them. Just tell them exactly what you're looking for and your ceiling for rent and as soon as something comes up, they'll let you know. I would also keep scouring the papers for the private rentals as well.
It's rotten to say, but this is how they think, (having got the info off my sister). Disabled persons are more desirable tenants because: a)Guaranteed rent, b)Less chance of wrecking the place, c)usually quieter neighbours, no parties, and d)If things need doing to the house, such as insulation and double glazing, the council will pay for it:huh: :embarasse
That's what I've been doing anyway, unfortunately, no one in my area or price range has moved in months
Due to my nephew's disability, they've been gold banded for several months now, just nothing coming up on the council site that's suitable for them. Even though it's just the 2 of them , they've been allowed a 3 bedroom house, due to the fact that as my nephew's condition worsens, they will have to use the 3rd bedroom to put an elevator in, unless they can find a bungalow, but they are extremely rare in this area.
So ladies, we're going to all challenge each other...... First one to find a place buys the afternoon tea:dance:
Good luck0
