KLM will do all possible to confirm your flights subject to the following:
a. Prize includes one pair of economy class return tickets from Liverpool Airport to New York via Amsterdam. Prize does not include transfers to or from the airports or accommodation.

c. Book and travel by 25 MARCH 2012. No extension of the date or change of destination will be allowed from those specified in the letter.
d. Tickets are not transferable to anybody else, non refundable and are subject to availability.
e. No date changes will be accepted after the booking has been made.
