Best Bank Account for a School PTA

Hi I am the Treasurer of the School PTA.
We are having issues with our bank account at the moment - Bank keep linking us to school and taking money from our account to put into school account. Even after we went through a lengthy proceedure over a year ago to unlink accounts, they even paid us compensation for the trouble they caused. But they are at it again but this time they are taking our money without notice or consent - last time it was just over people named on the account, security questions being wrong and letters going to the wrong people.
We are considering changing accounts all together so just wondered if people could reccommend any banks/accounts?

You need a bank you can get to easily which will let you pay cash in over the counter, at a guess, so start by going into each local bank and asking what they offer.
Although if you have a Post Office in a convenient place, many banks now let your pay in and withdraw cash at the PO as well as at the bank.
I'm basing this on my memories of loading the pushchair with my own weight in small change to pay in after the Christmas Fair etc ...Signature removed for peace of mind0
