Escalating an INR case - I am the seller...

Following on from a previous thread about an INR opened against me which I was suspicious about...
Turns out there are 2 other sellers this buyer has opened INR's against.
- buyer has been registered for less than one month
- buyer is registered in u.k. but has changed her paypal address to post to bulgaria
- buyer has bought around 25 items on Ebay but left no feedback at all
- buyer bought several items from me but has only opened INR on one although all were posted together (total of items sold is £33 so I posted RM small packets)
- buyer is not answering any of my emails

So taking all the above points into consideration I think buyer is a scammer and I am prepared to escalate the case, the other 2 sellers already have.
If I understand correctly I can't escalate until 7 days after the case was opened.
What are the chances of winning this as there are other sellers involved and will I get a black mark if I lose!

You can't win unless you prove delivery, if you escalate and lose then there will be a strike on your seller dashboard.

Even though other sellers are escalating?
All I have is the standard POP.
I could claim the loss from RM but I hate to think that this person is getting away with this!
And because I left feedback as soon as I had dispatched the items I can't even leave something along the lines of 'sorry item was lost'
  • just had another look at the buyers feedback, she has just made them private!

All you can do is refund and make a complaint to ebay that you feel the buyer is a malicious bidder who is buying merely to reclaim their money.

I did get through to customer support in Ireland and he said he would look in to the case. He suggested buying more time by sending the seller a message saying I would refund if item did not arrive soon.
He did say there was nothing I could do without tracking apart from what I have done.
  • Ok so now there is another seller who has contacted me with an INR against them - that makes 4! how many can someone open without getting flagged?!

Get everyone to leave a similar feedback, Maybe worded slightly different to stand out.
