SMILE Bank Contact telephone number

Does anyone have a contract telephone number for Smile? None of the numbers on their website get me through to a person to discuss my problem!

I have even tried calling their number if your card has ben stoeln and still get caught in an automated system that doesn't let you speak to a person!!!!:mad:

I need to speak to someone as I need to pay off the balance of our honeymoon today and the travel shop are saying my card is being refused! No idea why as I always pay off my balance in full each month and have plenty of money in the bank

Smile used to have excelleng Customer Service but since they've bought in their new Telephone Automated service it is no soo poor I am looking to move all 7 of my account elsewhere!:(

Pressing the hash key a few times will probably do the trick. In the unlikely but not impossible event that you can't generate TouchTone tones, you can use an online DTMF dialer to generate them and play them into the handset (don't use that to input actual account/security details).
