childrens savings???

ok so im getting debt free (eventually!) and have switched my account from halifax to natwest so i cant go over the high overdraft i have with them!

anyway i have a childrens regular saver for my 1 year old daughter which currently only has £300 in it but im saving £20 a week to it, what should i do with it?

the natwest childrens saver interest is only 0.8%!? i no the interest doesnt really matter nowadays as its a small amount but i dont want halifax to take my daughters money when im the one in trouble!

any advice?

Halifax won't take funds from a child account under right of set off.

If they do simething in error, just whisper the words "Daily Mail" and it will be returned rather quickly.
