Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online as stated in the 'This Morning' show (the “programme”).

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and red button at 5.00 pm on Sunday 4 December 2011.

· Competition closes for entries online at 7.30 am on Friday 9 December 2011.

Competition draw date:
Within no more than 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09012 93 33 33and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may be higher and from mobiles will cost considerably more. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the limit of 6 entries per phone number. The entrant's third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 83336 with A, B or Cto indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 83336by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs no more than £1.03.

· Online – go to www.itv.com/thismorning and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number.

Prize:
The prize comprises four elements:

1. Cheque
A cheque for £5,000 (five thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only.

2. BMW car
A BMW 116i Sport 5-door Hatchback car in midnight blue, with anthracite/grey track cloth upholstery and sports steering wheel, including first registration fee and road tax for the first year, and fully comprehensive insurance valid for a maximum of seven days. The winner will be responsible for insuring the car thereafter. The car will be delivered to the winner's home address in the UK or Channel Islandswith £30 worth of fuel and within 4 weeksof receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a current driver’s licence.
