Newbie Tesco Clubcard credit card question...

I have a Tesco Clubcard credit card account which I service online, without a problem. They send me vouchers and I put the vouchers in a draw.

I've just noticed one of them expires on Wednesday. It seems the best way to use these is to go online and change them for a "reward" rather than use them in a shop.

Though I can log onto my credit card account, I can't fathom how access the "reward side". It seems I have to register first - perhaps I've already done this already.

When I "request new password" and use all the email addresses I have, it simply says a password will be sent and then isn't.

If I attempt to register for a new account (using my existing clubcard number), I type in all the details as per my account and then get "Unfortunately an error occured while we were registering your details. We are currently investigating the problem and hope to resume service soon. Please try again later.". This isn't a transient problem, I've tried a few times over a few days.

So:
1) anyone know what I'm doing wrong to get online to buy my reward?
2) any other ideas - can I get a "reward" by phoning them up? (Or anything better I can do with my voucher?)

I think the rewards are only accessible to those who have set up a DD..... .;)

if you mean clubcard vouchers... You should be able to exchange the voucher at the customer service desk at Tesco store. I think the double up vouchers expire on the 6th December. the part of site that does the actual exchange is hard to find but keep trying and you will find it eventually
