I'm in the same boat this year!

I have made some chilli jam for my brother using Nigella's recipe - I just did a search for it. Really easy (I'm not a natural cook) but it's looking good. I've just got to dress the jar up now.

    HTH

    Mmmmm...Thanks for this

I've got a mob of chilli heads that will LOVE a jar of this!...Gonna pep it up a bit more than the given amount of chilli's to make it more kick a*s...;)

    Thanks for all the ideas.

Esmer - Some great ideas there. Do you know how long these will last for once made and can you freeze them? I would like to make some but I don't want them to go off before people open them on xmas day lol!

I made truffles and put them in the freezer and rolled them a few days before.

Fudge was so easy to make, I did that the day before. You can freeze the shortbread, but I prefer it fresh.

Last year I made all my packages and then spent a day making all the goodies.

More on my homepage. Im on the hunt for the Baileys fudge for adults....... will post if i find it.

Might this one work if you substituted the Irish Cream with Baileys?
