Cheap Ideas for Posh 21st

Options
Its my cousins 21st on Saturday and I wanted to get her something nice but not the usual key that just sits in a cupboard etc.

Its quite a posh do but I really don't have very much money at the momet (DFW!). She bought her own house last year (huge!) and has what she wants for her home. I was thinking of champagne but feel this is a bit predictable and not special, the party is also in a VIP suite at a top club so don't know how they would be bringing it on the premises.

Does anyone have any ideas, say £20 max??

Thanks very much

AM :A

An engraved champange glass? Just buy a single glass then take it to an engravers who will put what you want on it? Just her name or whatever.

I like the engraved champagne glass idea... especially if you can find a nice box to present it in :)

Thanks for your ideas, I love the idea of the jewellery box and also think the champagne glass would be a great keepsake for her too. I think I might try and stretch to both of those.

    Thanks again x

Argos has some jewellery boxes in their 1/2price sale at the moment ;) I got a HUGE one which has been long overdue for all my bling and it was £15 and it's REALLY nice :) (white one)

For my sisters and my cousins 21st last year we made a collage of photos on photoshop from birth to date. In the centre we put really a nice photo and then surounded it by others taken over the years. We then printed it out and mounted it (ourselves) using a really wide mount. We took it to the venue and asked everyone to sign it and write a message. We bought a cheap frame from IKEA and put it in and dropped it off the next day at their houses. They both loved reading the goodluck messages that everyone had written. Everyone there thought it was a really good idea. We also did this for a friends wedding too. It takes time to do but it is a really cheap present but it doesn't look cheap if you know what I mean

If you decide to do this get people to sign in pencil as it does not fade over the years like pen will.

    Good Luck with it all
