Household Income for LHA

What is highest eligible household income to get LHA? Will I be able to get something as LHA if my income crosses 23,000 per year (before tax)?
How about savings? I heard that if someone has a savings of 16000 or more he/she is not entitled to any kind of housing benefit.

16k will def.mean no means tested benefits
as for income of 23k may depend on other circumstances i.e do you have a partner with income?0 -
Nope, no partner with income. One partner with zero income
and a toddler. 0 -
Assuming it is a private let then it will depend on the 2 bedroom LHA for the area, possibly some help in Central London where LHA is high and probably not for many other places. They will use tax credits etc as income too when calculating the household income.
But as above, not anything if there are savings over £16k0
