Hi, is there anyone have the same problem here? I received the 11% cash back credit card on Nov 22nd, but I still have not received my pin number. It is very strange that takes this long.Should I call them?:(

Your lucky to have the card. I had a phone call from Barclaycard to confirm that I had applied for the card on Monday or Tuesday and a few questions to confirm my ID. Expected to have the card by Saturday at the latest. Got phone call again from Barclaycard today. Explained to the lady that I had already been contacted earlier in the week. She asked me to hold the line why she checked another system. She came back to me to confirm that she had found the information on the other system said sorry and thank you for your time. A bit of a shambles at the mo. I have 2 other barclaycards no problems0
