my order is all waiting for dispatch except for the boogle game. my total order comes to £24.97 and they have taken £9.23 from my paypal account so not sure what has happened here but i'm happy with 3 items for under a tenner thanks again op :beer::)

order cancelled, doesn't look like they are sending out e-mails, just go to your account section on the website and you'll see the orders have been cancelled was worth a try though

My 2 boggles plus a paperjams guitar are showing as cancelled, leaving just the camping washing up bowl, which I really do not want to pay £9.99 for! Very poor CS, especially as I have contacted them about the payment card details and they have not even bothered replying.

I didn't receive an email but I just checked and mine has also been cancelled except of course the items that weren't on the offer so I have just cancelled them.
Iwoot often just cancel without even letting you know they have zero customer service, they have a Face book page so all you with face book let them know about it as they shouldn't keep getting away with this! :mad:

What do I do, there is no info in my account to say I placed an order, it just vanished.

Do I contact IWOOT - How and what do I say, as I said I now have no order number etc etc.

ETA, they havent actually taken the money from my account - will the pending just get dropped after a certain amount of time?
