thats exactly what happened to me!! did it charge u over the amount specified at order confirmation as well??

Tried the Christmas pudding bags one too and it gave it for free so it should not add the amount back on..as in you should not be charged for them

Did you use CAPITAL letters for the CLOUD10 code? It ended today as in might have been pulled at midnight , or maybe they pulled it before midnight as I tried around 10pm & it def worked

The free Christmas pudding bags code ends on 30th Nov so should be working ok , the free watch one ends on 5th Dec & the free kids egg bods gift ones ended today

The 4 for £20 offer ends on 30th Nov..

Yes, when I checked my account there was another (expired) card details stored on there. I have updated the details, but did not know they stored card details. Will wait to see what happens.

so you paid with the old card details?

i didnt. i paid with my current card but got the email that there was a problem with it. re-added it and all seems ok but im not expecting to get my order.

No, I paid with current card -when I checked my a/c this morning there was an old card still on their system. However, I have since had a call from my CC company and ther reason there was a problem with that and the speedo order is because I had used my CC so many times that day - oops!!!

Just checked my account and my order status shows cancelled for the boggle and paperjamz. Only the Absinthe soap is awaiting picking apparently.
