Excell question

Do you have to tell Excell that you want to use macros when you install it OR do only the latest versions let you use macros?

Comments

  • No, macros (VBA) are installed as standard. If an Excel worksheet contains a macro then you can choose from different security settings to allow it to run or not.
  • Thanks Chippy My son wanted to do something on my computer and was asking if I had it installed. I know I do but never use it and I did not want to say "yes fine" if he had important stuff to do and mine would not work because I have mislaid the disc.
