So when your account is cleaned out by a fraudster you're happy for them to write to you ? What happens when you lose your card or it's stolen, are YOU going to write to THEM ? You're being ridiculous. You don't need a template or a link, just write to them to let them know, but don't automatically expect a refund if you have fraud on your account.
  • ......due to their fantastic grasp of the English language......

All I want is the template letter or a link to it that tells them not to phone in future but to put everything in writing only.

Maybe your grasp of the English language isn't in great shakes either, if you can't compose a straight-forward letter. :D
  • Either:

    1. Complain and get them to remove your parents phone number, Do this in writing. If they refuse, either refer to the FOS for your personal satisfaction, of follow the point below.

    2. Tell them to change your contact number to a PAYG SIM on the same network as your mobile provider, which you can check in case your card is used fraudulently.

All my cards are closed to spending, and none have my phone number as I really don't want to talk to any of them. Some were harder than others to change.

Can you update your contact details online?

You concern is they call your parents number, easy solved give them yours and pay ontime
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
