Creative Zen Touch 2

Hi

Ha anyone tried the above or any Creative products want to buy one for my son for Xmas but dont know what the quality is like dont want to watse my hard earned pennies:p

I've had a couple of creative media players and had no problems with quality, although I did find them a bit 'quirky' and not as intuitive to use as I would have liked. The zen touch 2 is an android device but apparently it can't access android market ( I only heard this so don't take it as fact), so there's not such easy access to free and paid apps.

I'm not an apple fan, but considering you can buy an ipod touch 8GB for around 145 quid then maybe that would be a safer bet?

I had a Creative Zen Touch: M. I think it was called. It was a good Media player. Though a little on the chunky side. I know a few people who have the Zen Touch 2 and they all says its great. I would be very happy with it as a Christmas present

I always owed Creative MP3 players, Originally the Zen 512MB (still going strong after 9 years), and more recently the Mosaic and the X-Fi 16GB. Excellent sound quality far better than the iPod, stand out from the crowd by not buying an ipod.
