Parking Charge Notice
Hi,
In mid October I went to a retail park Central Retail Park in Oldham. I am registered Disabled and have a disabled badge. I walk on crutches and have assistance from my wife. The badge fell from the dashboard in the 5 minutes we were in store. I recieved a Parking Charge Notice. At the entrance to the site there are signs but there was no signs anywhere near the bay. I was told that the fee was £90 and it would be discounted to £65 if I paid within 14 days. I appealed and I didnt hear anything until Friday a month later when I r ecieved a letter telling me my appeal had been rejected and I must pay within 14 days to take advantage of the reduced amount.
There is no charge for parking on this car park at any time. I was surrounded by empty bays as I understand it I am being asked to compensate for a loss that they have incurred by parking in the bay without displaying a badge. How could there have been any loss?
I have made the mistake of appealing so they now know It was me so denying it is not an option. Should I just send the £65 and have peace of mind or should I ask them for a breakdown of their loss?
Help????????????????

Do not pay this if it is private, it is an invoice not a PCN. Look it up on here, either use the name of the company that invoiced you or look up people like Parking Eye, you will soon find out what to do.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
