No 68 Not sure I will hit the same target as last month but I am reporting an OP of £10 to start off the month.

No 91 this months payments have gone out and the mortgage has been updated. When Decembers payments have gone out we will owe less than £1,000:D

Had a chat with DH and we have decided to pop along to the bank and clear the mortgage next month. We will then start the new year mortgage free.:j

So excited about this, will of course update when it all happens.

I am not sure where the extra £100 has come from. According to my figures its £6045 ?? Maybe a £100 was included twice?
I have just op'd £100 yesterday so just ignore that then and the total is now £6145

Finally back on the trail after five months with no OPs while paying off some building work on the house. Just written a cheque a cheque for £499 to take me up to total overpayments of £2845 so far.

Managed an overpayment of £350 today which takes us to just £550 off our target! Hopefully we will be able to find this to make a nice round £4000 overpaid in 2012.

Sorry to have been MIA for a couple of days but I've come back to cracking OPs from everyone.

A great early start to the month ajmoney, every £ helps and all updated for you.

How exciting pollys, you've made brilliant progress. On the googledoc you changed your target but I need to have a figure rather than words I'm afraid. At the start of the year you gave a target of £7,500 and looking at your signature it appears that a chunk may have been paid off in July/August but not reported here possibly, as you currently stand at 36.67% paid. Please would you take a look at the spreadsheet and let me know if there need to be an additions and give me a figure for target now please?
