Hi all,
I recently revised my 2012 target from £10,400 to £12,193.
I have now planned and know my mortgage free date and my overpayments change as a result.
New target is to overpay by £13,076.00
I'm currently at £10,873.81, so I'm just £2,202.37 short.

No. 114 checking in, although i'm afraid nothing to report. Financial plans this year were turned on their head by some building work, so spare cash over the last few months has all gone to that. The last bill has been paid now, so it's back on track.
Next month i'm going to focus on rebuilding my sadly-depleted emergency fund, but hopefully will be back on the mortgage trail in November. Might even try for a cheeky £100 OP next month too
Hope all's well for the other mfw's, keep on OPing...0 -
Morning all,
I do admire all of you who manage to find extra OPs during the month. Your lovely extra OP is now updated pammyj, brilliant.
Oooh, the excitement is mounting financialbliss! Almost there. Your new current target is updated on the spreadsheet.
Completely understandable Lomcevak, we are going to have to address a few issues in the house very soon and money can only stretch so far! Good luck with your emergency fund rebuilding and hope to update an OP for you again shortly.
From the googledoc, your fantastic September OP is now on the spreadsheet Lulabelle1, I hope your weekend is good too.
That's it for now. Off to watch the grand prix and try to list a few things on ebay.
Take care now,

Hi, Everyone
:jPayday again tomorrow :j, BUT...it's been a bit of an expensive month....:o, so whilst I aimed for £1000 OP, what I've actually achieved is £400....better than nothing though:)
On the plus side...the Christmas shopping is finished, and I don't need anything else for my new allotment :rotfl:
Aiming for a very frugal October and November now!
Good luck for the next month everyone.
Many thanks Spiggle!
