Hi
Looking for something to help us get organised.
We have iphone and blackberry with laptop running office 2007.
Would like to be able to keep a family calendar and then overall todo list, print this out and keep in the kitchen.
Whilst at same time keep the information on our phones and laptop and be able to update and retrieve it easily.
Printing out whenever we want?
Can anyone recommend anything?
Thanks

As you almost certainly have Outlook 2007, I'd be looking to base something around that. iPhone and Blackberry can be set up to sync with Outlook Ok.0

Consider Microsoft 365 if you can stomach about £3 - £6.50 per month - it gives you your own hosted Exchange server!
Or investigate the free-swiss-army-knife that is Google Apps.... the Calendar on here might just be the ticket.
Edit: I'd add that if you look into it enough, Vodafone offer MS 365 hosting which includes a hosted Blackberry Enterprise Service. Mad, mad, mad powerful, but for the money, amazing value. Full sync on an iPhone, BB and laptop + Web service.0 -
Have you thought of attaching to the fridge door with strong magnets a calendar which has a page for each month, and the days printed vertically with lots of space to enter appointments and stuff after each?0

We use Google Calendar. It allows you to set up infinite numbers of calendars, shored once and personal planners. You have access to the Google Calendars in real time whenever you have Internet access or you can synchronise it with your mobile phone calendar, if you don't want to pay for wireless data rate.0

Google Calendar can be your friend here.
Recently a free project mgmt-task list type web app has come out. Trello. You can use google account for trello. This web-based app designed for mobile browsers as well, so the updates are instant. Try Trello dot com0 -
