I'd love to be able to work but i can't due to my health, i can feel fine one day & then be really bad the next and as my condition is progressive it is constantly getting worse. Plus i need a carer full time.

It is often if you can do these things for an amount of time, even part time work usually means 16 hours a week. On top of that there is travelling to & from work.
A lot different from doing something to stop you going out of your mind, for half an hour or so at a time. It bolsters your self esteem reddevildanni, could even lead on to other things, but meanwhile find out what you can & give it a bash.x

in addition, be aware that Permitted Work is _not_ automatic - you need to tell them!
Any work you do that they have not agreed beforehand is permitted may cause issues with your claim.
