Fax number Asda card (Santander), please

Does anyone have the fax number of Asda Card (Santander) for me, please?

I have not been able to access my account online for nearly a year. The site gave me lots of problems in the past as well, so it is likely another hiccup. It tells me my account has been closed due to inactivity or because I requested my account to be closed and the balance was zero. This is not the case.

Unfortunately, I also have not been receiving any statements.

My address changed at the beginning of this year and they DO have my new address because I do get the occasional reminders (that refer me to the site, which I can't access).

It sounds like they, like so many other financial institutions, have several address databases for their customers that are not linked.

That means that when your address changes, 8 times out of 10, it gets changed in only one database, but not in the others and they keep sending some mail to the old address. (I just found out that one bank was still sending some mail to an address that is 7 years old; they had THREE addresses in their system for me, but as a customer, you can only send in ONE change of address and cross your fingers that it goes well and everything gets changed.)

Asda card is not responding to my letters about this at all, so I want to send them a fax.
