I still stand by saying do not let the bailiff in, yes I agree with the last post, however letting them in is even worse!.
You will not have to go to a magistrate if you follow the steps that we have discussed, if all else fails go back to the original arrangement and arrange to pay bailiff should this be what you want to do, I expect that you do not want goods removed at all costs.
Good Luck for 2mro and let me know if there is anything else I can do!. I can't pay it sorry :-/
If you need advice on bailiff you could ask in open forum on specifics, I am no bailiff expert as this is not my thing. I do know Council and Decrim Enforcement. HTH
thank you for all your help , but it hasnt been a good day.
council has flatly refused payment , so ive contacted bailift as we said in previous posts. im waiting to hear from bailift and as i havent got hios full payment i expect to see him with his van to takeaway my items and another £200 slapped ontop.0 -
Did you call the bailiff head office or call centre. They will normaly accept the payment plan as you have suggested, I am sure you mentioned something about £25.00. I know you have said they have refused payment but did you try online and did you give them your letter about what has happened?
Did you have any luck speaking to the Highways or Parking Services Manager? Also did you send any letters to the bailiff yet?
Hope that you have at least thought of taking some of these steps as the first option does not always work and you need to take steps to get to where you want to be. HTH0
