Can I switch?
Options
Hi,
I live in an all electric house with storage heating. I am currently with npower on their "super tarrif" where my storage heaters get a boost in the afternoon. I think they are quite expensive. I have tried switching before, but the new supplier pulled out saying they can deal with my meter as it has day, night and heat readings.
Anyone got any idea if I can switch or am I stuck?
Thanks,
Olly

Any supplier should take you on (they are now obliged to), however they may change your meter as soon as you're with them, or put you on a 'best fit' tariff, which probably wouldn't suit your needs.
I'd check with Scottish Power, as to my knowledge they are the company most likely to have a tariff to fit your needs (in Scotland they have some pretty random tariffs).0
