I ordered 2 xbox games from them on Boxing Day- the money was taken from my account on 3rd Jan and received a dispatch email on the 5th Jan

No sign of the games though. I have emsiled them a few times and had reply saying that a customer service bod was going to ring me- but never received any phone call from anyone- despite me gioving both my numbers

The last 10 days Ive had no reply to my email- and Ive tried phoning yet again only for an automated voice to tell me that my call cannot be taken and I cant leave a message


I am fuming!!!!! Had bought games from them before Xmas with no probs- then I get this crap
