Citroen Relay LWB van repair

I hired a LWB van recently. When I returned it there was a tennis ball-sized dent in the middle of where the roof meets the driver's side.
The repair estimate totalled £180 labour and £142.92 paint and materials. I sensed this was excessive.
The repair estimate states the following:
Remove and refit: O/S Inner Panel Trims & Clips
Panel & Body: O/S Top Panel
Paint work: O/S/R Quarter Panel
New Parts: Trims & Clips
I don't know what this means. I called the garage for an explanation. The mechanic I spoke to believes this refers to the plastic trim and clips around the rear lights, the offside sill on the roof and the panel between the rear offside wheel arch and the rear doors.
Could anyone with experience of body repairs confirm what/where on the van the above parts are?
Thanks!

£300 for any filler & paint repair doesn't sound excessive, clips & trim will be plastic bits that are unlikely to survive removal & replacement.
I'd be wary of questioning them too much least they decide to charge you for the time involved in taking it for repair and maybe even a couple of days lost hire fees0 -
How was this van insured ?
usually they are fully comp.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Sounds like they're stripping out the interior panels near the dent, knocking out the dent, filling and repainting. Sounds a fair price to me.0

The insurance does not cover overhead damage.
They might have needed to strip some trim and clips to do the repair. What isn't clear is where the parts on the estimate are located on the van. Isn't the "O/S rear quarter panel" between the rear wheel arch and the back of the van, i.e. nowhere near the dent which was on the roof?0
