Ah well, go for the abused Corsas then, and ignore the Ka's which have probably led a better life and been serviced regularly.
If you are always looking to impress your peers, then you will end up making a lot of mistakes in life.
This is the reason (at 22!) I bought a Rover 75 Tourer.
Diesel, electric and heated everything, sat nav etc etc for £1600. Plus a BMW diesel engine and transmission.
176,000 miles down, and it's been brilliant so far. Only 60k left until it's done the distance to the moon!
My mates have been through and blown up all sorts of rubbish.0
