Hi all, I received a parkin notice from UKPC, binned all the letters as advised on here from other posts, I have now been sent a letter from debt Recovery Plus saying that they may refer me to to the county courts for a county court judgement and that if they are succesful will include an attachment of earnings order, county court bailiffs being instructed and at my items being sold at auction!
Am I right to still ignore this? I got the fine for parking in mcdonals for over the 90 minute allowance, I didn't notice the sign at all - I did ring them to try and dispute but don't think I gave any details (this was in September). I am getting scared now, especially after seeing on other post where he is actually being taken to court.....
Thanks for any input

"may" + "if" = won't
Consider yourself reassured
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -
This rubbish is designed to scare you because that is all they can do. Relax, we have all ignored threats of hell and damnation from these scammers and have lived to tell the tale. You will get a series of threatening letters and possibly a phone call. Just ignore and be safe in the fact that they cannot touch you.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0
