help with freeview recorder and x box

hi, I have an alba 160g freeview recorder, can I record the sky channel that is on my x box through it.

Hold on a sec. It may be possible, but if you're not techie enough to give us some info, you're definitely not techie enough to do it.
1. Are we talking about the original XBox, or an XBox360?
2. Do you have any inputs, apart from the aerial, at the back, or the front of the freeview recorder.

If you have the right stuff, you may be able to connect from the AV port of the Xbox, or 360, to composite (yellow, red, white) plugs on the Freeview box, recording from an AV channel.

If you do a search for "Alba 160g Freeview recorder" all I can find are Vestel badged PVR's, which can't record from an external source.
