SSP, DLA and WTC, what should I be getting?

I'm currently in hospital so no longer get DLA (previously high care, high mobility).
My employer is paying me half pay which is SSP topped up to roughly 800 a month as part of my pay comes from private consultations which I'm not doing at the moment so I'm not getting paid for that bit.
My working tax credits have stopped at the same time as my DLA, is that normal? I though WTC would continue while I was in paid work. I've been off work for 3 months, in hospital since the start of October and I'm expected to return to work in late January.
