insurance claim
I've recently been involved in accident where my car was hit from behind. The other driver has accepted liability and my insurance company (Aviva) is dealing with the claim through his insurer. The cost to repair the damage is likely to be several thousand pounds.
What I would like to know is when I come to renew my insurance next year is my premium likely to rocket even though it wasn't my fault?

Nowadays you do often discover that insurers do load premiums following any incident, irrespective of "fault"
Shop around for the best deal at renewal.
(You can get an idea now by doing some virtual online quotes, with and without this claim on your record)0 -
Insurance is a racket and they will put up your premium even if you don't make any claim during the year in any case.0
