I've visited my local Best Buy store at 9am this morning, and I've looked at their online offers and I have to say I am mightily disappointed. 10% off most hardware (tvs, gaming, computers) with 25% off accessories. I suppose 50% of DVD and Bluerays is good if you're into those.

I was amazed at how many people were grabbing stuff that could be bought cheaper online with some searching!

I was after the Kenwood KMix, they have put the prices up since I looked at it last week - so even with the discount it doesn't make it much cheaper than anywhere else (£5 saving).

Just out of curiosity - why was my comment removed? I wasn't having a go at anyone, I wasn't rude or cheeky or nasty? I posted nicely, on an open forum, to warn that I'd had a very bad experience with these people. When did MSE start censoring non offensive comments?

Was it removed or was it moved to eg the praise vent warning board ? Might be a good idea to post it there if it's not moved there.

No, it's completely gone. I remember posting in the praise vent section when it 1st happened, just when I saw this thread I was a bit worried that, with Christmas coming up, people would have the same kind of issues so mentioned the problems I had. I just stated the facts though, no malice or anything involved. TBH it's gone now so not much I can do about it but it's a bit annoying given that I didn't say anything wrong. Oh well.

I just got two blue-ray players from them today when I checked the prices they had bumped them up to then automatically deduct money with a code, so they are now same price I paid last week

Instore they where marked at @ £15 but 50 % off.

I got Just Dance 3 for the Wii £15.99 and The Diary of a Wimpy Kid on Bluray with a free book for £4.50 although she had to open the Bluray/book set to remove the security tag, and nothing can be returned unless faulty.

It was busy but not sure it was that good tbh, some people here buying wii and xbox bundles but didn't take much notice of the tbh.
