Hey guys,
My computer keeps crashing for no reason and coming up with this message:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer press F8 to select advance set up options...
and then my comp rebooted itself so i didn't get a chance to read the rest.
What is this?
Why is it doing this?
How do i fix it?
Thanks Guys

Boot into Safe Mode by tapping F8 key after BIOS information appears but before initial Windows normally appears, then choose Safe Mode from the list of options. Then right-click My Computer - Properties - Advanced tab. Click Settings under Startup and Recovery and untick 'Automatically restart'. The next time the computer starts and crashes the blue screen will stay on the screen.0
