Anyone have any experiences of Liverpool Victoria and Bright Grey for PHI (income protection insurance)?

Both good companies for this type of cover, Bright Grey have a service called Red Arc which they throw in for free which would probably clinch it if it were meI am a director of Torquil Clark Life Insurance (formerly Life Policies Direct), a specialist protection broker.
