Apologies for being dumb, BUT I'm confused!, has anyone actually been taken to court/fined or not????

I have been ignoring all letters, I have had 3 so far, but am getting concerned by all this.

My question is -do I still keep ignoring????:think::think::think:

Someone is being taken to court, and Parking Eye are shouting about a massive, but unproven, win from another case.

am doing the same, for bein twenty five mins they wanted £50 then put it up to £80 I am more worried about my thumb nail splitting to be honest.

No-one can be fined by a private company acting for their own profit.

Nothing has changed, for goodness' sake relax and ignore the whole letter-chain. Every year there's the very odd, very occasional punt at Court by some very odd PPCs but their modus operandi in 99.9% of cases is to send out threatograms, then nothing. Think how many people get fake PCNs every day across the UK, thousands - that's how they make their main money, from people stupidly paying up without question or after they 'get an appeal refused' (LOL, an 'appeal'!!).
