Confirmation that you & the CEBR know ****
Or are we talking drop all 1st half & with an overall rise of 1% for the 2nd half meaning a net 12 month figure in the minuses?
Then you may well be correct but what the **** do you know? Not Again0 -
It doesn't really confirm what you say, as the CEBR aren't saying that house prices are up 30% since last Tuesday, and then logging in with a different account to agree and thank.0

Interesting! the only thing that's rising are redundancies. So, along with falling pay, mortgage scarcity and all the rest of it who's going to be buying them?0 -

The crash appears to be showing no signs of slowing down:beer:
You appear to be 5hitting yourself about house prices falling, why i dont know. When i am sat in my first house i would be very happy to see it halve in value whilst i was living in it, very happy indeed.
Why are you not happy that house prices are falling ?0 -
MrRee it's also confirmation of what I see.0

Well, all I can say is what's happening around here ....
We cannot hire staff fast enough.
Pay is increasing by at least 10% a year in a desperate attempt to attract staff.
Mortgages, these are easy if you have 20%.
Houses around here are getting sold within hours of coming to the market.
These events will filter down to everyone posting negatives on here - as sure as night follows day - stay strong, it's looking rosey!Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0
