British gas & Nectar points.

Anyone else having problems with this scheme?
I registered my nectar card with BG at the end of January, but looking through my nectar and BG accounts it appears they have chosen to start collecting nectar points from September :mad:
I had a couple of letters prior to this saying they had problems yadda yadda sorry for delay etc etc, was told it would all be sorted yet it certainly doesn't appear to be.
One letter stated I was due 500 nectar points yet this isn't showing on my account.
Meh British Gas get it sorted.

Nectar points from BG are going on my account, I'm on onlinse saver or whatever it's called where you send in a reading every month.0

Me too they started fairly quickly and I can tell from British Gas web suite how many nectar points I have in total0

Sent BG an email yesterday about this and they are going to back date my nectar points from January. Credit where it's due, speedy response...just going to keep an eye on my nectar account now
