ms publisher help needed!!! Pls!!

hi i m using ms publisher 2003, and have created a website, and what i would like to find out is - how i can create background and size like on this webiste:http://www.akuna.net/uk/index.htm

I have the white background but how can I add the green on the outside - I ve tried to do it but cant seem to find a way, can someone tell me step by step pls?

2nd thing - my website when uploaded is aligned to the left so how can i centre it - so it looks like on the above link? pls can someone help??

Right-click the page in Internet Explorer and click View Source to see how they do it. They use <body bgcolor="#DFEACA" to get the background colour and <center> <div align=center> to centre the page, though these 2 are deprecated now.

hi thanks - i can try and apply those 2 - which means it d be in the centre hopefully and body background - do u think it ll apply to what is green on that webpage? if so cool - so how do i apply it as html in publisher - i know html bits and bobs can b easily inserted - but you can not see the whole html of ur site, so where do iinsert it? thanks
