Hey all,
This could be a stupid question, but I got a letter from Nationwide today (I have my current account and credit card with them) and they have said ...

Dear NicChanna,
I have today attempted to contact you regarding your credit card but have been unsuccessful. Please can you call me upon receipt of this letter at the Edinburgh branch on telephone number XXXXXXX.

What could this be about? I'm worried because last month I ended up making my credit card payment late because they had made a mistake in setting up my direct debit.
They fully admitted the mistake and have stated they will refund the late payment charge they have made on me.
Do you think they want to reduce my limit because some computer has noticed there has been a late payment? I have never had a late payment before and I'm paying this card down.
I am the only card holder and haven't been abroad or actually used my card since September.
Am so worried, this has spoiled my day a bit.

Unbelievable. The only reason I've been sent that letter and been called is that they wanted to check if they could offer me any more financial products.
I've put in a complaint about the letter, as the way it was worded made me think that something was wrong.
I actually ended up not going to a meal and leaving do last night because I worried that I might go to the bank today and be informed that my credit limit had been reduced.
