hi i put a claim in to barclays to refund £4288 for bank charges in 2008 and got put on hold because of the test case,i have had no responce since,so i rang them two weeks ago to see what was going on with the claim, they said sorry for not keeping me up to date with the claim and they said they would look into it and write to me,i have now had a letter saying that they will not be upholding my complaint and not refunding the charges.
what should i do now?
is this worth fighting or should i just call it a day?
any help would be appreciated thanks
